Raisa Kamila is a writer and historian. Her work explores space, the history of infrastructure, and sensory perception—academically through historical research and experimentally through fiction writing. Between raising her children and pursuing her doctoral studies, she co-manages Arisan Buku,  a community reading club in Banda Aceh founded in 2018. Her fiction includes Perkara Keramat (Gramedia Pustaka Utama, 2024) and Cerita dari Sebelah Masjid Raya (Mizan, 2024).
