He chose writing after realizing he had failed to become either a mathematician or a football player. His short stories have appeared in local and national media. To this day, he remains drawn to writing fiction centered on environmental and socio-political issues. His novels include <em>Sampah di Laut, Meira<\/em> (2020), <em>Bumi Hutan Tropis<\/em> (2021), <em>Serikat Anjing Mandiri<\/em> (2024), and <em>Solidaritas Binatang Bahagia<\/em> (2025).
